About its founder : Jean-Philippe Eglinger :

After 12 years spent at Alcatel-Lucent in charge of promoting commercial services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Jean-Philippe Eglinger created his Start Up Việt Pháp Strategies in October 2014, company specialized in information, training and investment for French and Vietnamese SME’s.

Jean-Philippe began his professional career in Vietnam. He first arrived in Hanoi in 1992, where he started learning the Vietnamese culture and language in various universities of the Vietnamese capital.

Employed at the Political Section of the French Embassy to Vietnam from 1995 to 1998, Jean-Philippe then carried on with his professional activities in Vietnam but in the private sector, in the fields of media, consulting and telecommunications.

Back in France in 2005, Jean-Philippe is also a Lecturer in Vietnamese Economics and intercultural management at the INALCO, Institute where Jean-Philippe had previously defended his doctoral thesis. Jean-Philippe is also teaching in Sorbonne Nouvelle University as well as at CNAM.

Moreover, Jean-Philippe attended the 195th Session of the Institute of Higher National Defense Studies and holds a MBA from the Economic Warfare School in the field of Business Intelligence.

Jean-Philippe is also a visiting professor at Thăng Long University (Hanoi – Vietnam) where he is teaching a class of Introduction to Economic Intelligence and to Stat Up ecosystem.
